Darlington train station is one mile away and there are multiple bus stops within a few minutes walk from the house. Buses run regularly and Darlington centre is a 9 minute journey for those who prefer public transport as their method of travel.

Current household consists of a professional female, and a very well behaved and happy Labrador. Hence those who are interested must be okay with dogs. Also, one professional male living at the property on a short term basis. Interests include dog walking, socialising with friends, baking, movies and travel.
