Room for rent £550 per month, all bills included. The room is the largest room in the house, with a beautiful bay window overlooking the river. It's furnished with a comfy king size bed, large chest of drawers, wardrobe - and it also has a large under-stairs cupboard too.

The house is a nicely done up mid Victorian terrace split over two floors with an attic space. The communal areas are living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and small toilet. Outside, there's a small yard - nothing special, but a nice little area to catch a bit of morning sun and to keep bikes.

About me - I'm 35, work from home mostly and have a 9 year old spaniel. I'm looking for someone at least a little bit social who would like to live in a nice friendly home.

You must like - or at least not dislike - dogs! Bailey is very loving and nice - though he will stare at you when you're eating.

The house is ideally situated - 5 mins walk from the train station, South Park, Sainsburys and the market square.
