Room in newly refurbished home

Hi, I'm Mel and I've recently bought a property in the west end of Darlington. Five mins from town, ten minutes to the train station. I'm renovating the property and expect to be finished mid June at which point I'll have a room available for rent on the 3rd floor with access to its own shower room.
