Small Double Room - Harrowgate Hill Area

Hi, I have a small double recently decorated room available in my semi-detached home in Darlington. My house is located in Harrowgate Hill area and is a two bed property.

I have lived in the property for 9 years and had housemates previously, looking for a housemate to help with the rising cost of bills if I am perfectly honest and would consider myself very easy going to live with.

I work full-time and have a busy social life so I am rarely in the house. I do have a small chihuahua dog who is very chilled, however spends the majority of the time at my parents house who have her whilst I am working so she will never be in the way.
