Double room to rent in a new build near college

I have a spare bedroom available in a nice area 5 min away from city centre and right next to college/university. The house is new build, has a dishwasher, washing machine, central heating and is well insulated. Plus-net fibre internet. Shared living room and kitchen.

The room is a double bed with a built in wardrobe. Also there is an exclusive toilet/bath/shower and a utility room with a table and chair to use. Basically almost all 2nd floor is yours.

I work shifts I prefer someone who is quiet and considerate. Students preferred, however can make exceptions.

I have a 5 month old kitten so this room is only suitable for people who like pets or maybe had cats previously.
