Newly refurb single room to rent near city centre

I have a spare bedroom available in a city centre area 5 min away from city centre and right next to college/university. It is a lovely single bedroom and I would recommend seeing it as photos don’t do it justice.

The house is a new build, has a dishwasher, brand Bosch appliances, smart central heating and is well insulated.

Once a month a cleaner will tidy up the house. Ultra high speed fibre internet. Shared bathroom just with the other tenant. Shared living room and kitchen and also a garden patio.

Garage has a chest freezer and there is dedicated racking/shelving storage for each tenant.

I work shifts I prefer someone who is quiet and considerate.

I have a cat - she is not really interested in people and never bothers anyone.
