Double Room to Rent (Houseshare)

I am looking to rent out my spare room in my terraced house in Darlington. It's a large front facing room, that currently fits a super king size bed (a double bed will be provided), a chest of draws and a large wardrobe!

I’m ideally looking for another professional of a similar age (early-to-late 20s/early 30s), who shares my interests and enjoys an active social life. If you’re someone who likes going for a pint, walks, runs, or just enjoys a good chat, we’d likely get along well!
