I am a 29 year old live in landord in a 2 bedroom terrace house within the DL1 area. All areas including the rear garden are communal, and parking out back.

It is a single bedroom furnished with single bed frame, mattress, vanity. There is also a bulit in wardrobe.

I'm looking for a full-time professional,
who's respectful, considerate and clean. I'm easy going and wouldn't mind living with most people.

A 5 minute walk from the train station, 5 min walk from local food shops, 10 min walk into town. Off-street parking, all bills included inc. council tax.

The rent would be 113 per week, or 450 pcm. Minimum contract stay is 2 months, with optional 1 month rolling contract after with room for flexibility.
