I’m looking to share my home with a respectful person. Half of the time I’m in Scotland with my partner so you’d have the house to yourself frequently. One room is free and my current lodger is moving out of the other room on the 12th of September. All bills and broadband included. There’s plenty of on street parking. You will have access to the whole house, which is spacious and split over 3 levels. There’s two toilets (both with showers), a fully equipped kitchen, additional office and storage space in the loft conversion and a shared living room. Looking for a sensible professional as I work in the police. Applicants must be tidy and know how to share cleaning responsibility. Being accepting of the LGBT+ community also essential.
