Small single room available

Hi, I have a small single room to offer for a house-share with me and my current housemate. We live in a friendly, quiet street 10 minutes’ walk from Darlington train station, and 15 minutes walk from the town centre - May be able to offer off-road parking for drivers depending on the size of your vehicle.
The room is available as a Monday-Friday let, but we may be able to offer a full-time rent for the right person - please ask if interested!
We’re a friendly, chilled out house. We both work full time - I do a mixture of hours that includes regular evenings and weekends, and my housemate works a mixture of home-based and office-based. We get on well and enjoy hanging out together, but also generally give each other space to do our own thing.
We’re both into crafts and walking, and like watching films/the occasional tv series together. I love hosting and will occasionally have church friends over for food/socials. My housemate loves animals and has two (very cute) new guinea pigs.
We’d love to find the right person to join us as a third housemate.
