The room is furnished with a bed, built-in triple wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers, and comes with its own ensuite bathroom.
Modern kitchen with all appliances. Shared living room, nicely furnished. Minimalist Garden.
All bills included (Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax, Broadband, Netflix).
This room in this house will make a great stay for anyone looking for somewhere really comfortable to live, whilst working in, or around, Darlington.
With all furniture and bills included in the monthly rent, it is the ideal solution for anyone not wanting the added hassle, or expense of financing these extras.
What I’m Looking For:
Employed professional (full-time work),
Age ideally over 30, Clean, respectful, sociable, non-smoker. No couples or pets.
