I'm looking for a quiet, sensible and friendly housemate to rent one of the two double bedrooms. No smokers. The room is a furnished double, large fitted wardrobe and plenty of storage, bedside tables and lamp (also double glazing with a blackout blind and curtains).

There is a shared bathroom (inc bath with over shower, wc and basin), lounge recently decorated with new sofa (inc TV with freeview and super fast wireless broadband).

Kitchen/diner (oven, hob, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster) leading to outdoor patio. (Suitable for BBQ/drying washing). Combi boiler.

The rent agreement includes all bills, (gas, electric, water, wifi broadband, Landlord's building and contents insurance, council tax Band A and TV licence.)

It is in a nice area of the Harrowgate Hill area of the town, very close to a bus route and access to the A1M. There is a park at the top of the street and plenty of on street parking. A small shop is 2mins walk away and Morrisons is just along the road.
