South Park is approximitely 2 minutes walk and the train station is less than 10 minutes walk.
There is a BBQ area and yard which is a lovely sun trap.
I am looking for someone who will be clean and tidy and will respect my home. I am very easy going but I don't want to live like a student!
I would also consider someone who wanted a Monday-Friday let for a reduced rate.
