Very large room available in Detatched Victorian Townhouse . Location is the west end of the town, within an 8 minute walk of the town centre.
The room comprises of a super king bed and although it is not en suite it is actually situated immediately next to the bathroom so is almost as good as en suite. All bills are included in the rent plus wifi connection .
The house is immaculately clean and fresh . Smoking is not allowed in the house at all.
Please feel free to ask me any questions if you are interested in renting the room .
I do have small dogs who are very well behaved . They are mainly kept in the kitchen area and do not roam the house .
