Hi, my name is Duncan. I have a double/single room available fully furnished and a good amount of storage, it is a new build house with a small garden and is situated close to the center of Darlington with bus service nearby and a short walk to the rail station, all bills IE water/gas/electric/WIFI is included with the price. It is a very quiet area. It will be a shared laundry and kitchen facilitys and parking as well as a cleaner once a month and if you have any questions just ask. aslo a cleaner is included once a month .
