Cosy double room

A cosy double room in a terraced house. I live in a quiet area, with fabulous considerate neighbours. There is a driveway although it is exceptionally tight, and if I'm not there, you're welcome to use it.

Shared use of the bathroom, living room and kitchen. Kitchen has everything you would expect it to have including a washing machine and dishwasher. I have a combiner's boiler so hot water is instant, so no waiting around for a tank to heat up.

I have two lovely, friendly cats in residence. If you keep your door closed they'll stay out of your room, however they like to be anywhere they know they shouldn't be!

I often work away from home (Mon - Fri) so its likely you would predominantly have the place to yourself during the week. I just ask that any lodger respects that it is my home and takes care of it that way.

I have set the rent with bills included, and again would just ask that you're considerate of this when it comes to heating and electricity etc.

I have wifi, and sky TV (Currently)

There is a double bed, hanging wardrobe, 3 small drawers and a desk in your room. Its advertised as furnished, but if you have your own furniture, or want more floor space (i. e. to get rid of the desk) we could chat about it.

I currently live there on my own, however my other half visits fairly regularly.
