I am looking for a good person to share my rented 3 bed semi with me. It is in the quiet and peaceful village of Witton Gilbert just 3 miles from Durham City Centre and 4 miles from Chester le Street. The neighbourhood is nice and the people are kind and considerate.
There are good convienience stores within a couple of minutes walk from my front door and there is a bus stop just over the road which I use almost every day. Busses are regular and frequent to Durham and Chester le Street. There is a large main bedroom at the front available imediately. The whole house is clean, tidy, quiet and sunny and I am looking for somebody reasonable who will help me to keep it like that.
