Single room available with it's own separate bathroom/shower room and WC available in Sheraton Park, Nevilles Cross area of Durham, with full use of rest of house.
Private, west facing garden (great for sun in the summer).
Very quiet location next to recreation field and on same estate as Durham University Ustinov college buildings.
The property is 15 years old, modern, clean and rent includes all utility bills except council tax (nb. council tax is free for students).

Short walk to main University buildings, Business School, Railway Station, Bus Station, shops and City Centre.

Female housemate preferred as my teenage daughter stays occasionally (sometimes with her well behaved Cavalier King Charles spaniel).

My last 3 housemates were female international postgraduates who each stayed for 6 to 9 months. We've remained in touch and they would all be very happy to tell you how much they enjoyed their stays and how they found the set up ideal for studying and proximity to the Uni and Durham centre.

I love music and enjoy cooking. I do however insist on keeping the house clean and tidy - especially in the kitchen!
