Gilesgate is 1.5 miles from Durham centre and can be walked, cycled or reached by bus.

Rooms have bed, desk and storage. and the shared kitchen with washing machine, gas oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, shared lounge.

The very friendly neighbour keeps an eye on the house and is a point of contact if there are any problems.

This would be ideal for a postgraduate student, or young professional looking for a large comfortable room in which to study.

Current main tenant (long term) is a Masters student (Chinese) leaving at the end of this academic year.

PHD/Erasmus/research/masters/young professional ideal but undergraduates also considered.

Must be willing to help with cleaning rota (fortnightly).
