Large room for single occupancy and one single room available in our modern townhouse in Gilesgate area, near to bus stops and in walking distance of Tesco, Aldi and Lidl and approximately 30 minute walk downhill into the city centre.

To maintain a harmonious household we're looking for tenants who are sociable but respectful of others and willing to take their turn in keeping the house clean and tidy.

The large room on the first floor overlooks the front and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, bookshelf. The shared bathroom is on the 2nd floor.

The single room, available from 1st August, on the 2nd floor is furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, bookshelf. The shared bathroom for 3 tenants is on this floor.

The rent includes all bills inc council tax. A deposit of one month's is required and will be held in a tenancy deposit scheme.

The house is strictly for non smokers. Sorry, if you smoke please look elsewhere.
