Lovely sunny room with ensuite

I have a spare room with an ensuite available. We live within walking distance to the city center on the outskirts of a nature reserve. The house is 2 stories and the available room is on the 1st floor overlooking the garden.

There is offroad parking available for one car. The house is also well placed for bus services into the city center and a short walk to the railway station.

We are a family (me and my children plus our dachshund) and are often away. We wish to retain a base in Durham as I work out of the North East and the children wish to maintain their links in the area also.

The room would suit a mature student -our WiFi is very good! We have hosted mature students before and found that the arrangement works well for all.
