Hello everyone,
I have 2 single room available from September 2025 to rent in a lovely, fully furnished 3 bedroom student house in the Gilesgate area. It’s a detached house so neighbors won’t bother you. The house had a complete refurbishment just few years ago so everything is done up to high spec.
Location:
DH1. It is a short walk from Durham Centre but if you prefer it has easy and frequent transport to the University stops too.
When you need shopping, 5min walk will bring you to a large range of shops such as 24h Tesco, Aldi, Island, Tk Max, Matalan, etc there are also a few takeaways around pizza shops, Indian, Chinese, sandwich shop, there is a local dentist, doctors, hairdressers, pharmacy, beauticians, etc.
Also, two bicycles are available at the property.

- Big kitchen with dining area. Fully equipped with washing machine ( timer delay function - so that you could shove a load in before you go to bed, and have it nice and clean in the morning ready to hang out before you leave the house), fridge, freezer, induction hob with oven, as well as all cooking bits (dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc).

It is a beautifully done house, specious and easy to clean so as a student you will have more time to focus on study.
