Room available in beautiful Durham area

Room available in a 2-bed house in one of the more beautiful and quiet areas of Durham. The room currently has a single bed in, a double bed could fit if required. Currently it is used for clothes storage, so things can be moved around accordingly.

I am very clean, and very quiet. I am here studying for a postgraduate degree at Durham. This room would suit someone who is chill, quiet, and clean. This is not a party house!!! I am very respectful, so would expect the person renting to be too.

The price includes all bills, including Wi-Fi. If you're a student council tax will be covered, if you're not, then it's up to you to sort out. There is ample space for storage, for chilling, for whatever you want.

The house is situated in a beautiful and amazingly quiet part of Durham, just 5 mins walk from the train and bus station. The centre of Durham is literally 10 mins walk away. Parking is free if you have a car, so no dramas for that.

There is no fixed time needed. Month-to-month, as long as it works for both parties. This is more of a 'if we get on great then cool if not then that's cool too'. As long as you're chill then you'll get chill in return.

The room is available from 13 April 2021, but you are more than welcome to come and view anytime you like.
