Hello!! My two friends and I have three ensuite rooms (of the same flat but separate tenancies so it can be individual) available at Unite Students’ Rushford Court for rent until 26th July 2021. The rent is £148 per week (bills INCLUDED + free gym, cinema room, study area + more!) but can be negotiable. You will be sharing the kitchen with this 7 person flat, but atm no one is living in the flat due to Covid, so you’ll also get more space!!
