Double Room and Own Bathroom

Females Only need apply What I would want from a housemate is someone friendly . The only room you will not have access to is my bedroom. The rest you are free you use. I like company but don’t expect it .As people need there own space. I do expect that you share the cleaning of the shared spaces. I have few rules which no smoking, no drugs, and if you have a party I am invited. Also that you pay on time. I have 2 cats Bertie who is 9 week old kitten and very lively and friendly and Fred who is a very shy boy and will probably run away as soon as you see him. My last house stayed for 7 years. She just decided it was time for her to have her own place. When anyone moves in we have a months trail period to see how we get on . The Village has easy access to all major road 2 miles from A690, which can take you either to A1 or A19. 4 miles from Durham City centre .
