Double room with own bathroom for professionals

This is a bright double room for professionals (no students) in a quiet property. You will have access to your own bathroom. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, and a desk. The house has a small garden and private parking space at the front. This is a recently built property next to the Aykley Wood nature reserve and Aykley Heads recreational ground. It is within walking distance to the train station (20 mins.), and to Durham city centre (30 mins.).
You will be sharing the house with me, a live in landlord. I am an academic at Durham university. I am looking for someone, preferably female, who also enjoys having a quiet working atmosphere during the day, and who likes to live in a clean and tidy environment.
