Large double and small single rooms - Viaduct

We are looking for 2 flatmates to join us. We have one very large double room available on the bottom floor and a smaller single bed room available on the first floor. Both have all essentials such as desk and wardrobe.
We have a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.

We are ideally looking for Durham University students to join us till the end of June, when our house contract ends.

£50 Per week, no bills included. I sort the bills out for us so it varies, but should be no more than £10 per week, so total £60 a week altogether.

It is on outskirts of Durham, at end of the Viaduct. about 20 minute walk to town and to the science site.

Happy for people to move in from anytime after mid September and stay for as long as desires, however would prefer people for at least a few months
