The shared areas include an extra downstairs toilet, hallway, lounge with television as well as the large kitchen, which is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, large double door fridge freezer, oven, microwave, etc. Each tenant also has their own lockable cupboard.
All bills, including wifi, are included in the rent, which is £575 a month. The bond is an additional £600, which will be registered with a government backed scheme.
