Single Room in Gilesgate with nice garden

Single room available in a large house in Gilesgate. The house has recently had new carpets and flooring fitted. There is plenty of space in the house for 3 people, a large south facing garden, access to a garage and enough space for a car out front each. We see the house as very much our home and we're hoping to find someone who will be looking to move in longer term, with it becoming their home too.

We are 2 guys in our mid 20's who love the outdoors. We like to spend the weekends going on hikes/ cycling/ gardening/ going to the beach. We both have en-suits so the family bathroom will mostly be used by yourself. We like to cook and be social.

Ideally we're looking for someone with similar interests, who is sociable and will enjoy joining us if we go exploring in and around the North East.

The room is £280 per month and bills generally come to about £60 per month.
