Durham University 20mins walk/bus/bicycling from the house.

1 shower but two toilets in the house, which amount to 1.5 bathrooms.

Rent is payable monthly in advance.

There is plenty of free parking space at the house or on the street.

To walk into Durham is only 20 mins or the local bus. Bus station two minites away.
It is a nice house in a very nice location.

There is a large sitting room at the house with sofas, large dining table.

Fridge and freezers, washer, turbo dryer, etc. Everything ready to use including cookers.

We also have a large lounge and a dining room/kitchen with a dining table that you can use as part of your living space.

You will need to keep the house clean and tidy.

Strictly no smoking in the house, but you can smoke in the front/back gardens.
