The flat available is a mixed space (one boy, four girls) with shared kitchen within a mixed gender larger building. It's a Classic En- Suite Room at the price of £145 a week, inclusive of all bills.
You'll have access to an onsite sauna, gym, cinema room, study room, sky lounge and rooftop terrace along with dedicated dining rooms all at no extra charge. Car parking facilities are available and managed by reception. Entry is via electronic key fob and overseen by cctv.
It's right next door to the huge Tesco Extra, Lidl, Aldi, Starbucks, McDonalds and retail park and so perfectly placed for shopping, leisure or work opportunities.
The contract is available from the 9th of May until the 8th September 2023.
