Double room available in quiet uni house

I'm an anthropology student looking for a quiet housemate to fill a double room 5 mins from the Gilesgate McDonalds. Couples considered at £180/wk (£90pp/pw). The place has been completely done up recently and can be redecorated to suit housemate preferences especially for longer stays. It's walkable to the uni but also there're buses there every 5-10 mins from right outside. Rent is calculated at market rate for equivalent properties, minus 15% so overall very good value for money.

The room to rent is a double room to yourself (the big one marked 'bedroom 1' on the plan). The shared spaces are a bathroom with bath and shower, a living room, storage room, garden, and kitchen, with access to more outdoor storage too. Pets welcome. High speed internet included.
