Super location - Double room with ensuite -DH1

We have a double room with en-suite to let with bills included.

Built in wardrobe, double bed, desk and chair. Gorgeous en-suite with a walk in shower.

Situated within walking distance of the City and close to public transport links as well as amenities. We also have a nature reserve next door to our estate.

When we are here, there are 2 of us in the house (and sometimes a small dog). I work from home at times, and my son is studying or playing sport.

We can be flexible on dates.

We would consider couples with a reasonable rent adjustment.
