Built in wardrobe, double bed, desk and chair. Nice en-suite with a walk in shower.

Situated within walking distance of the City and close to public transport links as well as amenities. We also have a nature reserve next door to our estate.

When we are here, there are 2 of us in the house (and sometimes a small dog). I work from home at times, and my teenage son is at school or playing sport. We are looking for someone who needs a quiet place to study or rest; loving animals is a must.

We can be flexible on dates.
