Hi 😊 I'm looking for a housemate to move in as soon as possible, short-term or long-term. This is a 3-bedroom house in Gilesgate that is ideal for someone who likes a quiet, clean, study/work space. The rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, broadband). Women/girls are preferred as me & my housemate are both women. We're both students but professionals are also welcome, as long as they're willing to pay council tax by themselves (extra £100/month).

Note that the single bedroom advertised will also have a desk and a chair (they'll be added on 8th January).

- living room that you can use for studying or extra storage

- very good heating during winter and the house is nice and cool during summer

- bus stop 2 minutes away
- 25-min walk to the city centre
- 35-min walk to the Bill Bryson library & science site
- 15-min walk to the gym
- plenty of takeaway nearby

The landlady is also very nice and responds quickly to requests.
