New furnished rooms in Gilesgate of Durham

I am looking for someone to take over my place.

The room costs 550 pounds per month, which is about 126 pounds a week. (council tax: If you are a student, you don't need to pay the council tax. If you work, the council tax is around 6 pounds per day）
