Student summer accomodation in St. Giles Studios

I'm subletting my private premium studio in St. Giles Studios from early/mid July (flexible) to 14th of September (end of tenancy).

The studio is modern, lots of storage space, and has it's own bathroom and a kitchen with oven/microwave combo.
It's located at the entrance of Gilesgate, with a Sainsbury right on the opposite side of the street. Its within 5 min of cycling distance to the city centre, 10 min to the science site.

Rent is 197£ per week, all bills and 300 Mbit/s wifi included. Contract would be made with the official accommodation (new tenant has to be a student)

Since I'll be moving out of the UK completely, you'd be able to take over everything needed for daily life (like bedding, kitchen supplies etc.) for cheap and don't have to bring it yourself.

St. Giles Studios is currently ranked no. 2 in the student accommodations around Durham, and that shows. It's a really nice place with lots of lovely people around. They have communal study and chill areas and a bookable communal kitchen. The staff is really friendly and always there to help you the best they can.
