Want to stay in Durham over the holidays? I'm putting my lovely ensuite room up for *super cheap* from the end of May to the end of the lease on 7th September 2024.

🛏️ Ensuite room with double bed in the new block. Shared kitchen and living space with friendly housemates. You'll also have access to all the Rushford facilities - gym, big study space, cinema room, solo study rooms...

🏠 Rushford is really well located! It's right next to the train station, 10 mins from Market Square and less than 5 mins' walk to Tesco.

💷 £95 per week if you can take it from 22nd May. If you'd like it later than that, the weekly rent will be £5 more per each week later you'd take it on (so £100 weekly from 29th May, £105 weekly from 5th June). ✨ Bills included ✨
