New home in Gilesgate by pure gym

Hi! I am advertising a double room with separate access. good privacy and plenty of space for bike etc. I myself studied in Durham and know quite a bit about how to get the most of your time in this student town! in fact I used to cycle for fun and within few minutes u can find yourself in amazing countryside among the wind turbines! Tho still very central and within footsteps of the popular shopping area in Durham. I am looking for students with good regard for others, tho u likely only sharing with one other student. The minimum term is 1 year. The location is great, next to tesco extra and bus stops right outside the house. The house has a big garden and rooms much bigger than average. New kitchen, new toilet, new furniture etc. Get in touch if you have any questions/preferences! Also pure gym is across the road, starbucks-commonly used as workstation for students who might prefer to work in a social setting- mcdonells, kfc, pizzhut too!

Transport recommendation; the pink bus connecting to the university can be used. which takes around 10 minutes
