Durham Viaduct Male Only house for 15/7/24

I dropped out of uni this year and looking for someone to replace my tenancy. It's a spacious house that is located near to Durham campus in the Viaduct area. Only requirement is that this is a male only house but age is not a problem (second year housemates). The guys are really chill, all come from different and unique backgrounds with a lot of value to bring to conversations but also not too noisy (extrovert and introvert friendly). The room you will be allocated to will be a loft room which I chose originally due to it being more quiet. Make sure to check all the pictures and the virtual tour on Frampton and Roebuck website.
