I’m moving out by end of July, so I need someone replacing me from August 1st, room is furnished and very close to big tesco and bus stops. Please contact for more information.

It’s 125/week until September and then it changes to 135/week.

1 double room in a house located in Gilesgate, next to Ernest Place student accommodation, near bus stops, shopping centres and city centre within walking distance. Ideally located, with big back garden. Clean house in a perfect location. You can park the car in front of the house.

There's a bathroom (with bath, shower and toilet) upstairs and a toilet downstairs. Both the bathroom upstairs and the toilet downstairs had recently undergone a full makeover.

All bills included, but in terms of gas and electricity, there's a cap of £400 per month for both fuels per household (if exceeded the tenants split the difference between themselves).

At times there is a mix of students and working professionals in the house - ask about the current situation if interested.
