Durham Student Flat with Ensuite

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy booking for next academic year, I have previously lived in a different room in this accommodation and highly recommended it. I do not know the details of the other flatmates, but they will all be students at Durham University.

In the Viaduct with a 13 min walk to the centre of Durham and a 25 min walk to the Science Site and 8 min walk to the Station. On site there are several laundry rooms, a communal study area and a very nice garden with benches.
