The fully furnished house consists of two large double rooms & one single room, plus a nice, newish, reasonably well-equipped kitchen with a dining table overlooking the well-maintained garden and a spatious living room with sofas, comfy chairs and a table. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and a toilet, and the other with a shower and a toilet.

The double room (RESERVED, subject to contract) has a very large window, a double bed, a freestanding large wardrobe, a desk, a chest of drawers and a mirror.

I, the current tenant, am a very friendly, multi-lingual University Lecturer. I commute between Durham and Oxford (where my family lives).
