An emergency! A room need to be subletted

I am in a hurry to sublet this room for some personal reasons. This is a 4-people house. It is situated at 1 Peel Avenue. There is a shared kitchen and up-floor bathroom. There is a huge kitchen downstairs and a huge garden at the back of the house. It is surrounded by a large shopping area, only ten minutes' walk away. Bargaining is acceptable through discussion.
