Hello all, due to a change in degree I am now looking for someone to take over my tenancy.
It is in a great location in the Viaduct on 7 May Street, a 10 minute walk to the city centre and 20 to the science site and at the heart of the main residential area for students.
It is £160 A WEEK and the bills have been arranged by 5 other lovely housemates(3 girls and 2 boys). It has a shared living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. The other flatmates are very sociable and enjoy things like music, dance and sport.
Your room is the one shown in the photo, 12.5 foot by 12.5 foot. If you would like to see the place first, I can get you in touch with one of your future housemates and they would be more than happy to show you around.
