Hi I am looking for someone to take over my studio in Chapel Heights available from January 2025 (the earliest date can be 29 December 2024).

🗓️Availability: 24 December 2024 to 6 September 2025
💰Price: £239 per week, all bills included (now the price is £299)

Sublet with the official contract and there won’t be any sublease fee. Any handling fee for changing the tenant will be borne by me. If you wish to continue staying in 2025-26, you can directly sign the contract with Chapel Heights to avoid the hassle of moving 😉
