The house is about 20-minute walk to the Science Site, 15-minute walk into town and 17 to the railway station, with loads of bus connections (to town, Lidl, Arnison centre, etc.) directly outside the house. It’s such a quiet and safe neighbourhood that’s ideal for a female (visiting) PGR student or academic.
You’ll be living with a third year PhD student in the law department who is absolutely lovely and very clean. The rent is £721 and bills come out to about 80-100 every month (gas, electric, water, and wifi).
