It’s got a big separate kitchen, dining room, living room, and a backyard, with plenty of storage space. The house is about 20-minute walk to the Science Site, 15-minute walk into town and 17 to the railway station, with loads of bus connections (to town, Lidl, Arnison centre, etc.) directly outside the house. It’s such a quiet and safe neighbourhood that’s ideal for a female (visiting) PGR student or academic.
You’ll be living with a third year PhD student in the law department who is absolutely lovely and very clean. The rent is £550 and bills come out to about 80-100 every month (gas, electric, water, and wifi).
