3 rooms to rent in Durham

3 PhD students looking for 3 more to join a house, we are currently in the process of signing on. The house has a £125 holding deposit (will be taken off the first month rent) and £541 deposit. Other PhD students are preferred but would consider mature undergraduate students (or third/fourth years who don't like partying and enjoy quiet nights in). All rooms are £125/week (£500/month) not including bills.

We go to the pub quiz which Ustinov college runs each Sunday along with some of the sports clubs. We also like board games/movie nights, and I'm wanting to start going to the pub to watch football/formula 1.

There is a nice garden and 2 garages so space to store bikes along with 2 parking spaces.

Downstairs is a utility room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, living room/dining room, and downstairs loo. Upstairs are 5 bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms.

The house is a 30 minute walk to Durham University and Ustinov college, and right next to bus stops (Cock o North) which go to the city centre (past the uni) and Darlington/West Auckland.
