Hi! I am renting half a house in Durham as the other tenant has to leave early, conveniently located within a 3 min walk to Tesco Extra and a a bus stop right outside. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 study and currently I am looking to rent 2 of the bedrooms for the price of 1 as I plan to keep 1 bedroom and 1 study and you will get 2 double bed rooms to do as you please, there is a shared living room and kitchen with a large fridge freezer and a utility room with a separate washer and dryer.

There is one W/C located on the ground floor and 1 shower and toilet on the first floor that we will have to share. As one of your rooms is downstairs you can have priority access to the downstairs toilet but we will equally share the upstairs shower. I am flexible with rules so we can come to an agreement :)

I am a 24 year old guy who usually works in Sedgefield with 1 day at home. Looking for another working housemate. I go to the cinema very often and have a large collection of movies and video games at home. I enjoy music and collect CDs, especially folk music. I am vegetarian but have no issues with other dietary arrangements the fridge and freezer is large enough to easily divide.

Bills usually leave the total cost at £620-630 per month.

Gas & Electric is with Octopus energy.
Internet is with YouFibre @900Mbps

The house does have a new and efficient boiler that does get the house warm when it is cold.

The double bed can be removed from one asking the landlord

Pets are permitted by the landlord although you will have to disclose them. I love pets :) although have none of my own :(.

I also have a robot vacuum!

Travel to important places;

Supermarket - 3min walk to Tesco Extra and 5 mins to Dragonville Retail Park

City centre - 10 min regular buses OR 20-30 min walk

Train station - 15 min regular bus + 6 mins walk OR 37 min walk

Newcastle: 15 min bus + 6 mins walk + 15 min train OR 6 hour walk

Durham station is also on the main North East line with fast trains to London and Edinburgh throughout the day.
