1 (double) bed room

1. This is room ONLY - with shared kitchen, bathroom and breakfast room.

2. ITS IMPORTANT YOU TELL ME A LITTLE ABOUT YOURSELF BEFORE APPLYING

The house has bath/shower/central heating/instant hot water/furnished/all bills included incl. internet, washing machine, cooker, microwave. Bills included are subject to a legally binding "fair usage" policy.

All utensils and bedding (bedding bought new for each tenant) provided.

10 minute walk to town Centre and university campuses, 2 minutes from all main shops, 2 minutes from A1(M) north and south, lots of bus stops also - so transport easy

For nature lovers there are many little lanes and river walks and meadows all within 5-10 minutes from house.
There is a Bannatyne gym 10 minute walk away also.

You MUST LIKE DOGS. There are two friendly dogs in the house. There are no smells and no fur in the house as all floors are laminated for easy cleaning and disinfected regularly

Do not say you like dogs just to get the room - You MUST LIKE and Enjoy the company of dogs and be confident around them.

They stay with me at all times, they are gentle, but do occasionally bark, and sometimes wander around downstairs and garden when I'm out of my room, I'm always with them though.

They do NOT go upstairs where you're room is.

And you can not invite them into your room.
