Located near the Durham shopping retail parks and situated conveniently on the main bus routes to and from Durham, it is an ideal location for students. Google Maps estimates the walk to Durham city centre to take approximately 29 minutes.

This is a Live-in-Landlord property (see general info on this ad for details) and currently functions as a home. It is perhaps more suited for quieter types, but I am happy to chat about your needs and requirements prior to any agreement being made.

All utility and broadband bills are included in the monthly rent.

A desk and wardrobe will be supplied for each occupant, if requested.
