This house is a short walk from the centre of durham or a very quick, frequent bus ride. You would be sharing with one other person, an incoming third year with a shared bathroom. Rent is 139/week without bills, with a security deposit with the estate agency for £600. House includes sizeable living room and kitchen, decently sized bedroom and bathroom.
